Wine tasting in Alba
The enchanting city of Alba is part of the rich Langhe area, the historic Piedmont region included in 2014 in the UNESCO World Heritage List along with Roero and Monferrato. It is located about 50 kilometers away from Turin on the banks of the Tànaro River, in a vast basin embracing hills, vineyards and breathtaking landscapes.
Alba is in fact a small village where you can enjoy a quiet and clean environment with excellent food and wine.
Famous all over the world for its truffles, in 1964, Alba was also the origin of the the first jar of Nutella, one of the trademarks of Made in Italy all over the world.

This experience was designed to make you discover the beauties of this village, with the help of a bilingual local guide who will guide you on a journey through the history and monuments of the city, tasting above all the most renowned products of the Langhe Monferrato Roero hills. From the Alba White Truffle to the IGP Piedmont Hazelnut, passing through the many red wines that are among the best known in Italy for their character and high alcohol content.
You will have the opportunity to taste typical dishes such as tajarin with butter, raw Albese meat or meat ravioli that you can enrich with the White Truffle of Alba, a unique product in the world and only present in this area in the whole country.
