Project Description
Skiing on the slopes of Alpe di Folgaria
Passo Coe, on Alpe Cimbra, is a large plateau located at 1600 m above sea level that connects Veneto with Trentino in a suggestive alpine setting that includes 38 km of ski slopes with rings of different lengths, from the easiest to the competitive ones, ideal for any level.
Immersed in an enchanting setting kissed by the sun, you will be welcomed by a highly trained team of instructors who will accompany and assist you on the snow throughout the duration of the experience.
After getting to know your team, the type of equipment will be defined according to the disability and the level. You can choose between the different types of monoski and dualskis with interchangeable seats, suitable for every type of physical characteristic, or try the Bass Board, a special snowboard that allows you to surf in an upright position, with appropriate supports for you to enjoy the emotions that only the table can give.
If, on the other hand, you prefer the relaxation of the woods instead of the speed on the slopes, you can practice “Nordic skiing sitting” in totally accessible mode. As many as 11 refuges located in the ski area are accessible and, above-all, equipped with wheelchairs, to allow the “sitting” skiers who reach them to make a quick monoski-wheelchair passage and enjoy the warmth and relaxation in the middle of the slopes.
