Cited among the most important touristic guides (second best gourmet place in the world, according to Lonely Planet) it is notoriously frequented by public and famous personalities.

The Master Ice Cream Maker Sergio has created original and unusual tastes, receiving many awards and recognitions over the years.
His first creations have become, over time, known and appreciated by all: from Crema di Santa Fina® (cream with saffron and pine nuts), to Champelmo® (pink grapefruit and sparkling wine), but also Dolceamaro® (cream with aromatic herbs ) and Vernaccia sorbet.

A private accessible van accessible will drive you to the ice cream parlor, where you will take part in an exciting Ice Cream Class held by the Master Ice Cream Maker, who will teach you all the secrets to prepare this fresh recipe with some secrets for the production process.
The Gelato Class lasts about two hours. During this experience, Maestro Sergio will introduce you to the history of ice cream, originally produced at the court of Caterina Medici in the Middle Ages, and will tell you the different production methods that influence the consistency and flavor of ice cream.
Along with the Mastro Gelatiere, you will create two tasty and genuine recipes: one based on cream and one based on fruit. By the end of the class, you can enjoy your own creation alone or in company.
