Ferrari cellar experience in Trentino

With its mountain viticulture, Trentino is an extraordinarily rich land of vineyards. The alternation of warm days and cool nights embellishes the bunches, giving them a rainbow of unique aromas and fragrances, which consequently give acidity and structure that allow the creation of fresh and lasting wines.

You will find yourself in an enchanting garden, guarded like a treasure by the mountains that enclose it. Furthermore, you will visit Villa Margon, one of the most important noble residences built in the sixteenth century near Trento through an accessible path. A noble summer residence and holiday resort, the residence stands in a landscape of rare beauty and is surrounded by a large park of about 135 hectares.

You will have lunch at the Locanda Margon, a starred restaurant with an atmosphere of elegant relaxation and cuisine faithful to regional products, with tributes to the sparkling wines of the Ferrari winery. After lunch, you will visit the Ferrari Cellar with a bilingual guide, to discover the more than one-hundred-year history of Ferrari Trentodoc.

Here the bunches of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir are harvested by hand and taken to the cellar, where they are pressed and subsequently fermented.
